Response time
We read support mail on business days. Most access issues are answered within one business day. Include the email used at checkout and, if you have it, the order number from the payment receipt.
How you get access
After the payment is confirmed, the email used at checkout receives access instructions. You then sign in to the members area at https://members.reportlyhq.com/.
- Card payments are usually confirmed immediately.
- If a payment method takes longer to clear, access is released only after confirmation.
- Check spam and promotions folders if the message is missing.
Cannot log in
Try these steps before writing to us:
- Use the same email address you entered at checkout.
- Request a new sign-in link or password reset from the members area login page.
- Wait a few minutes after purchase; enrollment is not always instant.
If you still cannot enter, email support@reportlyhq.com with a screenshot of the error and the checkout email.
Orders, charges, and refunds
Charges appear under the name of the checkout provider used at purchase (currently Cooud). The receipt is sent by that provider to your checkout email.
NovaMind Daily is a digital course delivered online. If you want a refund, write to support@reportlyhq.com with your order email and reason. We process eligible refund requests through the same payment provider that charged the card. Do not share full card numbers by email.
Course content
The course is English-language video lessons and worksheets. It is educational material about using AI assistants in daily tasks. It is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). If a lesson file or video fails to load, tell us which module and lesson title you opened.
