Information we collect
You can read this site without creating an account. We may process:
- Technical logs from hosting: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time. Used for security, debugging, and aggregated traffic statistics.
- Messages you send us by email: your address and the content of the request, used only to reply.
- Purchase data if you buy NovaMind Daily: name, email, payment status, and order identifiers. Card numbers are collected by the payment provider, not stored on this website.
- Members-area data if you access the course: login email, progress, and support history needed to deliver the product.
Checkout, members area, and ads
Payment is processed by a third-party checkout (Cooud). After a successful payment, access may be created in our members area (MemberKit), currently reached at members.reportlyhq.com. Those providers process data as independent controllers or as processors under their own terms and privacy policies. We share with them only what is needed to charge, deliver access, prevent fraud, and handle refunds.
If you arrive from an advertisement, advertising and measurement partners (for example Meta, Google, or similar) may receive events such as page view or purchase, using cookies, pixels, or server-side events. You can control cookies in your browser settings. We do not sell lists of buyers as a product.
How we use information
- To operate this website and keep it secure.
- To complete purchases and deliver course access.
- To answer support requests and process refunds.
- To measure whether ads and pages are working, in aggregate where possible.
- To meet legal, tax, and dispute obligations.
How long we keep it
Hosting logs are kept for a limited period needed for security. Support mail is kept as long as the conversation and any related order may still need follow-up. Purchase and access records are kept for the life of the product relationship and for the retention period required by payment, tax, or consumer law. We then delete or anonymize the data when we no longer have a need to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain uses, and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To make a request, email privacy@reportlyhq.com from the address we should look up. We may need to verify that we are speaking with the right person.
Children
NovaMind Daily is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it where required.
Changes
We may update this policy when our site, checkout, or members area changes. The date at the top of this page is the version in force. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the new text.
