2. What an AI assistant is actually doing
Most people meet AI through a text box. You type something, a paragraph appears, and it is easy to treat that paragraph as a lookup in a database or as knowledge a colleague would have. Both pictures are misleading.
A chat assistant was trained on a large amount of text and produces the continuation that fits your request. It is strong at structure, tone, and readable drafts. It is unreliable on dates, prices, statistics, local rules, and anything that changed recently unless you give it the source material.
- Start with tasks you can check in a few seconds (a rewritten email, a day plan).
- Do not treat fluent language as proof that a fact is correct.
- Paste the document or notes the answer depends on.
3. A request the tool can use
Vague requests get vague answers. NovaMind Daily uses a four-part request: the task, the reader, the material, and the shape of the output. That structure is the spine of the course. Later products in the same series expand it; they do not replace it.
The course also covers a simple repair loop: take a weak request, tighten the task, add constraints, and run it again instead of starting from scratch.
